Smokin' Okies Catering

On Feb. 28th  of 2011, at 11:25 p.m., unfortunately, an electrical short caused a fire that burned down the first Smokin Okies truck. Just two weeks ago, owner Larry Starns opened it up again in a brand-new, eye-catching yellow trailer. He parks the vehicle at the Walgreen’s at Kelly and Covell and offers smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork and chicken, all smoked in the truck.
