Enthusiastic Rusty Rasmussen, the owner of Rusty’s Frozen Custard, gave his place a fresh new name and says he has some great new products with a bunch of never-been-offered-before menu items. “I am an old school guy and I stick to the basics,” he said. His new slogan is: “Where delicious things happen.” He has an old-fashioned banana split and another called the Love Machine.
