In Southwest OKC, owner Monica Best opened Jubilee Market early in January 2011. Look for comforting chicken pot pie, quiche, tasty chicken salad, plus a Cuban sandwich, which men really seem to like plus soups and wraps. The bakery, which is open all day features cup cakes, blueberry muffins, Mississippi mud brownies and lemon bars. The boutique, also open all day, has house wares and gifts. Lunch only.
