Executive chef is that remarkable David
Sullivan, former chef at Oak Tree Country Club who is cutting all the
steaks by hand and the spot just opened in late June. Hensley’s used to
be a well-respected restaurant years ago and is being brought back to
life. It is situated in the old Santa Fe Steak House. Prices range from
$10 to $32. They have seats for 130, plus the bar area.
