Miles and Tracy Bartlett took over the ownership of the deli in May. “All the
recipes are exactly the same,” Miles Barlett said. Start talking to him and
he’ll let you know about their No. 1 sandwich, its turkey, mortadella and bacon,
or the tuna and apple sandwiches. They have freshly made no-bake cookies,
brownies plus a yummy bread pudding covered with caramelized pecans.
