One
of the most challenging things about owning a restaurant is that you must
constantly reinvent yourselves – each customer’s experience must be the best for
him or her. At TAJ, newly opened in the summer of 2011 with a new location,
people can one again satisfy their craving for authentic Indian food. From the
lamb curry, chicken curry or Tikka Masala with its marinated chicken, to
vegetarian items, everything pleases. The clay oven, called the Tandoor, and its
good cooks, are the reasons for such good shish-ka-bobs and other specialties.
The kheer, sweet rice pudding, is delightful.
