Variety is the essence of a good menu, and at Vito's, parades of vibrant dishes come out of the kitchen. It offers chicken three ways, with the specialty being the spedini: chunks of boneless chicken in Italian bread crumbs, grilled with amogio, a house sauce. Then there's chicken Parmesan and chicken marsala with peppers and mushrooms. Beef dishes, such as an 8-oz. filet of beef tenderloin, and lots of pasta adorn the marvelous menu. Lovely decor, too.
