Don’t say La Fa, but rather L-A- Pho, which is quite chic. Open since May 26 of
2011, this Vietnamese restaurant with a split personality not only
features the creative food of Vietnam, but American specialties, too.
They have beef noodle soup and rice dishes, too, along with grilled
salmon, oriental chicken salad, and shish kabab. Finish with a dish of
