Bedlam Bar-B-Q

Beef brisket is the top dog at Bedlam. Always fair, the decor salutes both the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University. Bedlam won't let on what's in its "secret" seasonings, so give up and eat the brisket in a sandwich or as a meal. Try the cowboy beans, corn or tabouli, and top it off with red velvet cake, carrot cake or chocolate brownies.
