Don Serapio's Mexican Restaurant

The deluxe version of Serapio's nachos involves a meeting of beans, beef or chicken, and a blend of American and Monterey Jack cheeses, guacamole and sour cream. The nachos are served with a small lettuce salad. Stick around for the sopapillas with peaches fried in butter and brandy, sprinkled with cinnamon, and served with a scoop of ice cream.
