Evelyn Sylvester is the talented Chinese chef at Clay Pot who puts out a full line of Asian food from Chinese, Korean, to Thai and is probably the only one cooking unique Filipino dishes in the metro area. Every dish is served in clay pots. Her husband, Roger, is the general manager. The couple offers delivery, carry-out and on-site dining and also has free Wi Fi.
