It's Mardi Gras all year round here, with a host of Cajun delights, like blackened prime rib and even blackened alligator. Rainbow trout, cedar-plank salmon and lobster are also featured. The desserts are devilishly good and include a Chocolate Love Cake, bread pudding and a seductive key lime pie.
