Blue Nile had its soft opening in late 2011 and now diners can go around the world and master this deliciously exotic comfort foot. All of its main entrees are presented with injera, a yeast-risen flatbread. Its Doro Wot, the national dish of Ethiopia, is an especially good chicken dish traditionally done for Easter with boiled egg, chicken legs, with a soup with onions, garlic, ginger root and olive oil.
