Here is another concept starting 2012 with a bang with food from Spain, South America and New Mexico. With 75 seats, it sells a melting pot of cuisines, plus Tres Leche cake. From Venezuela comes its hallacas, which is a superlative tamale filled with flavorful Latin American ingredients such as juicy pork, chicken, chickpeas and dusted with seasonings and tucked in banana leaves.
