This unique business opened Nov. 2nd in 2011 and they are
doing Japanese sushi and specialized hibachi cooking. Rare indeed is its Yukon
sushi roll made with lobster tempura, cucumber and avocado and they have a filet
mignon sushi roll, too, along with all of the classics such as the California
roll. For dessert, they ratchet it up with classic green tea ice cream, banana
ice cream and deep fried ice cream, too.
