Foodies Express

One might expect just one cuisine in a spot, but coming from Vietnam, owners Bang Bui and Quyen Le are now making an effort to share their own culinary heritage with fellow Oklahomans. Among the many items are teriyaki style chicken on a stick, and a good version of pad Thai, egg rolls and French beignets, too. The pint-sized hot spot is located in a 700 sq. ft. diner in MidTown that is more than 50 years old.
