Dining on Persimmon Hill

If you get hungry while visiting the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, just step around the corner to Dining on Persimmon Hill. The big draw is the buffet. Glassed in on three sides, it features soups, salads, main dishes, good bread and some darn good desserts. Try the raspberry iced tea. No need to pay admission to the museum if you just want to eat in the restaurant.
