To satisfy a sushi craving, you could drive out to the Ninja Sushi that opened in the summer of 2010. The owner says that ninja means "fighter" but one with a smile, and he says he "fight" to serve his customers. On his menu is the Jack Roll, which is named after the owner, along with The Dragon, The Rainbow and Ninja Rolls. He also does deep-fried sushi rolls. Here is where Del City meets Japan.
