"Bienvenidos" (welcome) reads the menu at El Rodeo. Customers have grown fond of the two cheese enchiladas with chili sauce on top. The dish is brought together with a soft cheese taco smothered with a cheese sauce and a side of rice. The Gustavo Plate with tamales, rice and beans is a winner, too.
