A new owner, Tim Herbel, took over in February of 2010 and is now doing salads such as Framboise Dijon Salad with baby spinach, pecans, sliced onions covered in fresh raspberries and a raspberry dressing. Sandwiches include a turkey panini, a Tuscan panini or a Hybrid panini with turkey, provolone, basil roasted red peppers, and sundried tomato pesto on rosemary focaccia.
