Simply Falafel

The zing of the Mediterranean is inside Simply Falafel, right around the corner from the Target in Edmond off E. 2nd Street. The platters are selling like crazy and the falafel sandwiches are going through the roof. The hummus is popular along with its kept-fresh salad bar, too. Brand new, but it didn't take but a few days for the public to start streaming through the doors when it opened in 2010. Seems like people want this kind of food.
