Yukon Super Buffet

The all-you-can-eat buffet is mostly Chinese dishes, with a few Japanese and American side items. Among the selections are seafood, crab legs, salmon, salads and fresh fruit. The Mongolian grill is fun, too; a customer chooses the ingredients, and the chef cooks it all. Try the Chinese dessert called the cream roll.
