Kang's Sushi Bar & Bistro

Edmond sure didn't need another Chinese restaurant, but this one is neat. Like a surreal Asian circus, glowing stalactites hang from the ceiling, palm trees are near the tables and the color red is everywhere, from the chairs to the walls to the lights. The menu spans the Asian continent and features traditional Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese dishes with a bit of Malaysian, too. The chefs interpret the cuisine with modern sensibility and offer sushi. For dessert, try the banana tempura and kick back with an adventurous dining experience.
