Chen's Buffet

One of the best buffets in the metro, Chen's offers not only Chinese and Japanese fare, but Italian and American, too. Healthy cooking reigns supreme here. The dishes are deliberately created with a low sodium count and low cholesterol. The chefs use only 100 percent soybean oil.
