Carican Flavors

Tropical flavors are the theme here. The menu includes oxtails, goat, jerk chicken, wings and Trinidad curried pork chops grilled in sauteed tomatoes, onions, pepper and a nice sauce. All meals are prepared with olive oil, except for the fried foods. Desserts include pound cake, peach cobbler and cinnamon ice cream. (If the owner's mom is around, ask her to do a tilapia for you " ah, heaven!)
