Matthew Kenney OKC

Tucked in among the newest and hottest spots in Oklahoma City, is Matthey Kenney OKC, which formerly was known as 105degrees. Kenney is a chef, a restaurateur and has authored several books on sustainable living. One of his books is “Entertaining in the Raw.” In summer of 2011, his new book is coming out and he had plans to put in a stove, but has changed back to his original idea. He is sticking to his original concept – nothing cooked! People come from all over the U.S. to learn more from him. Oklahoma is lucky to have Kenney here.
