1.5 oz Maestro Dobel Silver tequila
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz lime juice
.75 oz agave syrup
¼ fresh avocado
1 oz grapefruit juice
Add all contents to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled 10-20 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

2oz Stranahans Blue Peak whiskey
.75 lemon juice
.5 Liber & Co Fiery Ginger Syrup
One egg white (or ½ oz Aquafaba — vegan chickpea juice)
Add all ingredients to shaker. Strain out ice and reverse dry shake. Pour over big ice cube in a rocks glass and top with a red wine float (Bordeaux or Cabernet). Garnish with candied ginger and dried clove.
