It probably doesn't get worse than a child-custody battle when your ex allegedly gets naked pics of you. Ask DelawareCounty deputy Krista Brady's former husband, according to a recent story.
According to the story in The Joplin Globe, Brady, 33, a deputy with the DelawareCounty sheriff's department in Jay, became involved in a custody battle for her children and, according to one affidavit, acquired the password to her ex-husband's computer.
Then, according to that affidavit, cited in the story, she gave the password to Shawna Mann, 29, of Wahiawa, Hawaii, (say that after three Coronas) who allegedly gained access to the computer and found the photos " nude photos of Brady's former husband and his current wife.
Now, per another affidavit, according to the story, Mann claimed she "guessed" the password onto the computer, but in any case, she admitted that she pulled up the former husband's e-mail address book and sent the photos to everyone in it.
Oh, but that's not all. According to the story, Brady said she asked Mann to change the password on the computer so the former husband couldn't regain access to it.
The story states that both women "were charged in Delaware County District Court with violating the state's computer crimes act, a felony."
When the story broke, Brady remained employed in the DelawareCounty sheriff's office, it reported. According to the story, the women are sisters. Oh, snap!
