8th annual Ableson Religious Reconciliation Lecture

Join us as we welcome poet, musician and Native American activist Lyla June as the keynote speaker of the eighth annual Ableson Religious Reconciliation Lecture on Sept. 24. Starting at 7 p.m. in the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma Ballroom. Raised in Taos, New Mexico, June is a descendant of the Diné (Navajo) and Tsésêhéstâhese (Cheyenne) peoples. She graduated with honors from Stanford University with a degree in environmental anthropology in 2012 and later earned a master’s degree in American Indian education from the University of New Mexico.
