As of this writing, only one dose remains of a drug used to execute death row inmates, of which Oklahoma currently has 64.

Pentobarbital, a sedative, is the first drug administered in the three-step lethal injection process. Its manufacturers have stopped selling pentobarbital to prison systems.

Now Oklahoma has itself in a pickle:

How will we kill those other 63 death row inmates?

State law provides for other methods — Old Sparky or a firing squad — but only if lethal injection is declared unconstitutional.
