Champions of Health Nominations

When: Tue., April 24, 12 a.m.-11:45 p.m. and April 24-May 25, 12 a.m.-11:45 p.m. 2018

The Champions of Health awards recognize those who make a difference in the health of Oklahomans. Winners receive $5,000 for their program and will be considered for the overall award of $15,000. Winners are announced at the gala on Sept. 27, 2018. To nominate, go to championsofhealth.org.
