Well, now that LeBron James left Miami for Cleveland a while back, our own Kevin Durant doesn’t really have a reason to keep his condo there.

The Oklahoma City Thunder star has put his Miami space up for sale for $3.45 million.

The nearly 3,793-square-foot condo has three bedrooms and four full bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Biscayne Bay, according to the Miami Herald.

The property was purchased in 2011 for $1.825 million, reported the Los Angeles Times.

While Durant — who will be a free agent in 2016 — might not need to offseason in Miami anymore, we are just hoping that he will at least play next year.

Though he was sidelined in March, “the 26-year-old holds averages of 25.4 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game in 27 contests this season,” according to the Times report.
