ARCHITECTURE TOUR
For the 10th annual Architecture Tour of the American Institute of Architects Central Oklahoma Chapter, the focus isnt on a particular style, but the art form in general.
This is a way to go out and experience architecture, said Melissa Hunt, chapter executive director. Not historic architecture, not modern architecture, just architecture.
Scheduled from noon to 5 p.m. April 16, the Architecture Tour caps off a weeklong series of events promoting the role design plays in reshaping the metro.
Seven locations are on the tour; most are homes, two of which have been featured on previous years tours, but in earlier stages of construction. Tickets for the self-guided tour are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. For more information, visit aiacoc.org and read next weeks issue of Oklahoma Gazette. Rod Lott
