Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma Annual Festival and 5K “Parade of Inclusion”

When: Sat., Sept. 26 2020
In lieu of an awareness walk, a car parade will take place in downtown OKC to spread awareness. Family teams, volunteers and community members are encouraged to decorate vehicle(s) to participate in our “Parade of Inclusion” to celebrate the individual and not the diagnosis, celebrating our loved ones with Down syndrome. DSACO will host a contest for the best decorated vehicle. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at the corner of Oklahoma City Boulevard and Robinson Avenue. “Spirit Volunteers” will line the sidewalks of the parade route, socially distanced, to cheer on our families throughout the parade.
