Review: Unlike last week’s strain (which was coincidentally a cross between two strains genetically engineered by the grower, whose seed bank is the foundation of BCC Collective’s genetic library), this one is named most appropriately. The smell of hot rubber permeated the room when I uncapped the jar, and this strain is definitely fire. The taste is milder than the smell. I felt more of a sativa jolt at first, but it quickly melted into an intense but mellow high. A cross between High Octane and Do-Si-Dos, I felt the former in my head and the latter in my body. Many of BCC Collective’s strains are Oklahoma-exclusive crosses, which always makes its drops exciting, and this second run of Tire Fire is even better than the first. It’s easy to see why BCC Collective has a line on drop days. I have never hidden my affinity for its flower, and my enthusiasm remains intact after this perfect high.

Cannabis effects vary wildly from patient to patient based on a multitude of factors, including THC tolerance, brain chemistry and personal taste. This review is based on the subjective experience of one patient.
