The reality television show "Survivor" brings challenges to contestants in exotic places like Panama, Tahiti and ... Frontier City?
This season at the Oklahoma City theme park, guests can experience the CBS hit series without sleeping outside, joining secret alliances or having to decide which person to kick off the island.
The half-hour show is one of three like it in the country, providing guests extra entertainment with their park admission. Participating audience members are divided into four tribes, with one brave person joining in the challenges, said park spokeswoman Andrea Pennock.

The challenges are a combination of mental and endurance competitions, including building a tiki pole and a matching game.
Fire, water and huts will set an island scene for audiences, and the four tribes will each be represented by a park actor dressed in "Survivor" tribal attire. The actors will assist the contestants with each challenge and dance in between games. Clips from the TV series will project throughout the performance on a large stage screen.
"It's one of the three 'Survivor' shows in the country, and Frontier City has it," Pennock said.
And just like the TV show, the contestant who outlasts the others wins and becomes the "Ultimate Survivor," undoubtedly making their park tribe proud.
"Survivor Live" is an all-ages event and free with park admission. Shows are stage at 1:45, 4, 6:30 and 8:15 p.m. every day in the Opera House at the theme park, 11501 N.E. Expressway. For more information, call 478-2140.
