Hellblazer: Pandemonium - Jamie Delano and Jock

If anything, it left me with less of a taste for the irascible detective than ever before. Jamie Delano's story takes Constantine to Iraq, where supernatural forces are at work as much as they back home in the UK.

Regardless of his location, the landscape is bleak and bloody ... and the narrative muddy, mostly ignoring the "show, don't tell" maxim. The art by uni-monikered Jock is interesting "? lots of Zip-A-Tone, little color "? but not enough to merit a purchase, unless you're already among the "Hellblazer" faithful. "?Rod Lott
