Urban Abstracts is a series of digital artworks by Lawrence Hultberg produced from his original photography. At first glance, there appears to be two distinct bodies of work in the exhibition—what the artist refers to as Urban Abstracts and Municipal Mandalas—yet upon closer inspection one can discover the symbolic thread that binds the two together.
