LIFE FOOD & DRINK

The Toby Keith Foundation is up for supporting local kiddos, as well as having a bit of fun in the process.

Kones for the Korral, an all-you-can-eat ice cream festival, will take place 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday at Chatenay Square, 10600 S. Pennsylvania.

The festival will include ice cream flavors from Braum’s, Blue Bell, Hiland and Freddy’s Frozen Custard. Along with the sweet treats, enjoy family events like a water slide, face painting, pony rides and a moon bounce.

Tickets are $3-$8, and children under 3 get in free. All proceeds from Kones for the Korral will be donated to the Kids Korral, a pediatric cancer center home for children who are fighting cancer, as well as for their families.
