Brad Johnson, executive chef for the Hal Smith Restaurant Group, said the restaurant at Lake Hefner’s East Wharf will open with an updated, modern look.
“We’ve made subtle changes to bring the look from 1999 to 2012,” he said. “Much will be the same. The bar is still in the center and the exhibition kitchen will still be open. We’ve also kept some of our favorite menu items like the meatloaf, rotisserie chicken, enchiladas and cornbread.”
Located at 9221 Lake Hefner Parkway, Redrock will introduce new food items and a new wine list.
Johnson said diners can look forward to beautiful lake views from Redrock’s large patio, which also has been upgraded.
“We put a garage door on the patio, so we can turn on the air conditioning when it’s hot or warm it in the cold weather,” he said. “When it’s beautiful, we’ll just roll up the garage door and customers can enjoy the weather.”
