Lowe's knows

One local man put his skills of turning a giant, prize-laden wheel to good use (or so we hope) yesterday on "Wheel of Fortune." Wilburton science teacher Jacob Lowe was slated to appear as a contestant on TV's long-running game show April 6.

According to a press release from Sony Pictures Television, when Lowe's students heard he'd be appearing on camera in front of millions, they established a "wardrobe committee" to determine what duds he should don to make his boob-tube debut.

A photograph released by Sony revealed the goateed teach to sport a sharp, blue collared shirt of an apparently quality thread count.

Yeah, yeah, that's all fine and good, but what we really want to know is WH_T W_S V_NN_ WE_RING? Buy a vowel.
