The Quinlan Lecture Series, endowed in memory of Wayne Quinlan, Professor of Constitutional Law at Oklahoma City University, features prominent scholars of American constitutional law and/or legal history. Helen Norton is a University Distinguished Professor and Rothgerber Chair in Constitutional Law. Her scholarly and teaching interests include constitutional law and civil rights law.
