OKG7 Moore places to eat

Harry Bear’s All American Grill
2113 Riverwalk Drive, Moore
harrybears.com
799-2327

Harry
Bear’s menu is packed with amazing dishes. Try the pickle-o’s, which
are pickle slices breaded and deep-fried, before moving on to the Indian
taco, a house favorite. The fry bread is hand-rolled and covered with
ranch-style beans, house-made spicy chili and all the fixin’s. Dessert
is a peach — fried peaches and peaches and cream, that is.

Chava’s Fruit Waters Y Tacos
7000 Crossroads Blvd.
631-9446

Probably
one of the most refreshing things on a hot summer day is a tall glass
of ice-cold water. Chava’s understands the importance of hydration, as
well as another element of equal import: tastiness. The eatery uses
fresh fruit juice and mixes drinks daily. Enjoy your aguas fresca with
some of the housemade tacos or quesadillas.

Hollie’s Flatiron Steakhouse
1199 S. Interstate 35, Moore
799-0300

From
steaks to salads to fried catfish, Hollie’s has you covered for all
things grilled and Southern-style, — even for those not interested in
red-meat items. Follow it on Twitter at @HolliesSteak for menu updates,
events and daily specials. Hollie’s offers a Sunday brunch menu,
complete with mimosas and its special blood orange mimosas.

Pho B&B Vietnamese Cuisine
1615 S. Service Road, Moore
794-5261

With
17 combinations of meat pho on the menu, Pho B&B is bound to have
something for every taste. Start with the spring roll and egg roll
combination platter if you’re extra hungry. All pho dishes also come
with a plate full of fresh basil, sprouts, jalepeños and lime wedges.
Not in the mood for pho? Opt for the grilled chicken rice platter.

GoGo Sushi Express and Grill

1611 S. Service Road, Moore
gogosushinow.com
794-3474

GoGo
has salads, appetizers, hibachi cooking, Korean bento boxes and
stir-fried noodles. It’s casual and laid-back, where the patrons pay
first and the food is made to order. Try the Sugar Mama Roll or be blown
away by the Spicy Cowboy and banana tempura for dessert. Like it on
Facebook and Twitter to keep up with daily specials and events.

Catfish Cove
925 S.W. 25th, Moore
www.catfishcoveok.com
799-3474

When
you’re got a hearty appetite — and we mean hearty — there aren’t many
sights more enchanting than an all-you-can-eat buffet boasting fried
catfish, shrimp, okra and hushpuppies. One can’t sustain on fried food
alone, however, so enjoy a fresh salad or some coleslaw, also available
on the buffet.

Il dolce Gelato
937 S.W. 25th, Moore
794-7266

Summer
is here, Oklahoma, and you deserve a treat. Get it at Il Dolce, a
family-owned gelaterie. Gelato isn’t quite ice cream, but it’s just as
refreshing and delicious, not to mention half the calories of
traditional ice cream. Try flavors like habanero, no-bake cookie and
limone. Looking for a nontraditional spin on a party? Il Dolce caters,
too.
