Hudgens said that owner Janice Francis Smith, aka Coffy, is an amazing person.
“I want to make sure this wonderful place stays open,” says Hudgens. “She has been instrumental in providing the community with a wonderful assortment of live music, poetry, art, amazing gluten-free/vegetarian foods. Personally, she has inspired me beyond words, and is at the very heart of this community.”
The special, all-day event to save Coffy’s will include live music, art, poetry, an art/gift card auction from local businesses, and people writing love letters to Coffy in chalk on the sidewalk. See you there!
