Skate, grapple and roll 

You have to pay bills and manage budgets. You have to shop for groceries and prepare your own meals if you want to eat. 

That said, there are also some perks. If you want to have muffins for dinner, no one can stop you. It might not be incredibly healthy for your overall well-being to do that daily, but that’s where balance comes into play. 

Striving to be a well-rounded adult doesn’t have to mean always making unfun decisions, especially when it comes to your health and wellness. Fitness is all about moving your body in ways that make you happy, so don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
