Open since November, this unique stop is doing Japanese sushi and hibachi cooking. Enjoy the Yukon sushi roll made with lobster tempura, cucumber and avocado, or try the filet mignon roll. Owners Sylvia and Alejandro Martinez present a fusion of Bolivian and Italian dishes. Since its opening on Nov. 11, 2011, Mi Casa Su Casa varies its menu every day with all food done from scratch. Chef Sylvia uses recipes from her mother, Maura Martinez, a famous cookbook author. Specials range from a traditional spicy soup with hominy, potatoes in a spicy peanut sauce or a spicy macaroni.
