Stand-up who brought laughs to soldiers returns with stories of Okie troops, travels

Comedian Nathan Timmel describes himself as a storyteller who avoids the traditional setup-and-punch-line comedy, in favor of talking about his own life experience.      

"I was lucky enough to study at the altars of Carlin and Pryor as a child, and found that discussing life was more original than sitting at a desk, thinking of ways to make topics like traffic funny," Timmel said.
