Sweet charity

Munn, ranked 18th, has been working with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and the USDA to help animals and kicked off DoSomething's “Green Your School” campaign with a rant about light switch and faucet offenders and “those people who drive those really big Hummers.”

Underwood, coming in at No. 17, lent her support to PETA and The Humane Society this past year. She also gave back to her McIntosh County hometown community by raising $350,000 for educational improvements with her Checotah Animal, Town, and School (C.A.T.S.) Foundation.

And speaking of Underwood and her charitable endeavors, she recently sold her “normal person” house in Franklin, Tenn., for a mere $372k (read "chump change"). The two-story house features shiny hardwood floors, elaborate wainscotting, vaulted ceilings, a kitchen that a chef might kill for, a whitewashed fireplace and a whirlpool bathtub. If this house is “modest,” as other news media outlets have described it, we live in a trash can with Oscar the Grouch.
