The Maine Event

Set for June 21, the evening centers around a taste of Maine summers including fresh lobster, hand selected and flown directly from Maine to the Sooner State. If the lobsters are not tempting enough, the event also includes traditional summer evening sides ending with a wild Maine blueberry dessert. Refreshments include Maine’s Shipyard Beer and signature cocktails made from Maine’s Cold River Blueberry Vodka. Since its inception in 2016, The Maine Event has raised $50,000 for local organizations. The event is hosted each year by the Onward Oklahoma Foundation (OOF), founded by Mark Mann and Marc Brockhaus.
