Now we hear that Valentine will be on the upcoming 10th season of reality TV’s Top Chef. Turns out OKC patrons weren’t the only ones who liked his candied bacon sticky buns. Top Chef: Seattle will air Nov. 7.
Unfortunately, those buns will fly south after that, as he’s accepted a job as pastry chef at a new restaurant in Dallas.
Even though the 33-year-old bacon wonder has left our fair city, you can support our local star at Top Chef watch parties at restaurants around town like The Lobby Bar.
We’ve learned one lesson, however: Pigs do fly, and when they do, they take their delicious candied bacon sticky buns with them.
